I woke up this morning so sore!!! Sometimes I think it’s my body getting re-adjusted, lol. I didn’t do anything different or out of the ordinary yesterday. My neck might be really sore from sleeping on my pillow wrong because I went out like a light last night and slept hard! I slept for about 10 hours straight in the SAME position, lol. I must have needed it! I had a banana when I got up with my green tea and then got ready and had plans to go for a walk. I ended up going to town with my Mom and by the time she brought me back home it looked really cloudy like it was going to rain so I worked out in the basement for a half hour after I ate lunch. I got a McDonalds salad with grilled chicken and used a little bit of my fat free dressing I had at home. When I was with my Mom earlier she went to the gas station and we then noticed the farmers market that they have every Wednesday behind the library. I knew they did that last year but totally forgot about it! We went and I got a few of the biggest cucumbers I have ever seen, a bag of green beans, an egg plant, a bag of kale, 1 head of cabbage, a bunch of beets and 4 beautiful tomatoes all for about $10! Can’t beat that; plus I’m supporting the local farmers. My dinner was great! I should have taken a picture. I sliced up the last boneless skinless chicken breast I had and fried it up with my 0 calorie spray. I then sautéed it in the end with a little bit of bbq sauce. I also had a veggie-fry with it. I used about a half of a tablespoon of my light I can’t believe it’s not butter and my 0 calorie spray. I fried up an onion, green pepper, mushrooms and broccoli. I still have a lot left over but it was very tasty! When I fry my veggies there is a point where I let them burn just a little bit and then add a little water. After I add the water I rub the bottom of the pan with my spatula. Doing that makes them so tasty. If you would have given them to me before I started dieting I would not be able to tell the difference from when I used to fry them with a stick of butter, lol.
