<-- I found this picture online and got a giggle. Diet spoon! lol I didn’t work out last night but I did do a double workout today. I feel made up for lost time. I am ready to start this week roaring! It would be awesome if I could lose 8 pounds soon because then it will officially put me in the 200’s! I don’t even remember when I was in the 200’s. I am skipping this week’s weigh in due to a monthly visitor so by the time I weigh in I will hope to have lost 8!! This was my lunch today; a ham sandwich with lettuce and mustard on multigrain bread. I also had a serving of tortilla chips. All together it is about 300 calories!
