<-- This is what I had for dinner today. Grilled chicken with stir fried broccoli, onion, green beans and pea pods. I still use my 0 calorie cooking spray with everything I make. I have not cooked with butter or oil in 44 days! One thing I really miss is my breakfasts I used to make. I have made it ever since I was about 7 or 8! I have always loved cooking and am happy that my Mom taught me and had the patience with my trial and errors and trusted me with the stove lol. She used to give me a frying pan with beads in it so I could practice flipping. I would make fried potatoes with eggs scrambled or sunny side up, toast and bacon or whatever meat we had; fried bologna, fried hot dog, sausage. I would make that for Michael and I all the time except he would just have bacon and potatoes because he’s weird and hates toast, eggs, bologna, hot dog, sausage. When I get where I want to be I can have that again. I miss eating potatoes so much! A couple of my healthy choice meals that I have had would come with mashed potatoes but they were so gross they weren’t worth eating. Nothing tastes as good as what my fried potatoes taste like! I have thought about getting into sweet potatoes for my diet because they are supposed to be good for you. It might help tide me over until I get to a healthy weight. My Mom asked me what I plan on doing for Thanksgiving and I told her I’ll eat! Turkey is really good for you and I could also arrange that day to be my cheat day if I wanted to have mashed potatoes, etc. Also I could make myself a bigger salad to fill me up before I eat the good stuff. I am hoping by that time to have lost 100 pounds. I can’t wait to find out! :) I worked out last night. I have been proud of myself. I have worked out everyday this week without trying to talk myself out of it lol. I have been noticing more changes in my body as well. My belly is shrinking and I cannot wait for it to go! I took pictures yesterday and compared them to the ones I first took and WOW! It is like someone is slowly using Photoshop on my body, ha! Another benefit for me losing weight is the doses that I would have to take if I had a headache or medication. For a headache I used to have to take 4 ibuprofen. Now I take 3 and feel fine. I bet I could get drunk a lot quicker too! It probably will be a while before I find that out. I never drink! Not my forte. I weigh in tomorrow; I am curious on how many pounds i'm down this week! I can't beleive I am actually doing this.
