I realized for me; half the fun of eating something was the smell. I always smelled everything before I ate it. Michael had cookies last night and I literally sat and smelled one and didn’t eat it. Smelling it didn’t satisfy me as if I was to eat it but smelling it took away the impulse to want to eat it. ALSO; things taste so amazing now. Things I never liked before. I had some 0 calorie powerade the other day and it tasted so flavorful I wouldn’t have known the difference. It is hard to believe. It’s amazing on how acquired we can get to certain tastes. I worked out last night and still plan to work out tonight. I am out of lemons so I had coffee this morning with some cantaloupe for breakfast. For lunch I had scrambled eggs with multigrain toast and for dinner I had this really gross frozen dinner. I need to go shopping again so I can get some new foods. Next summer I want to plant my own veggies so then when I run out of food I can just walk outside. I don't have a green thumb so the odds of having a successful garden are pretty low ha ha.
