I didn't get around to posting yesterday. My day didn't go as planned! Yesterday I wanted to go for a walk after work but go figure by the time I got off it was raining AND it started hailing!! Also Michael ended up taking me out for dinner so I cheated and had a patty melt with fries. Yesterday morning I did have my lemon water, finished my water jug and also had a banana for breakfast.
This morning I missed breakfast and had a coffee. I had a lean cuisine for lunch and am not sure what I am going to have for dinner just yet. I am almost done with my water jug and have not had any green tea. I also still have yet to workout today but I plan to get a basement work-out in before I take a shower before bed. I will beat myself up if I don't! I have to start getting into an exercise routine! I'm not beating myself up too bad for not working out as much as I would have liked to this week. This week was a big week for me. I know next week will go better on the weight loss front for I will have gone grocery shopping by then and will not feel as tired. (That's if I keep up going to bed when I am and making sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep!) - I feel like a broken record this week with my weight-loss!
