![]() I woke up and had my lemon water. I didn't get breakfast in before work and I stopped at the gas station and got a coffee. I haven't had any green tea nor have I worked out. I don't think I will work out today either. I have been busy all day and pretty much just got home for good, took a shower & sat down to write this. I have been on my feet all day and I'm feeling it! All what I want to do is post this & put my feet up. I will get my butt in gear but I know it's not going to be today. The next time I go shopping I want to get stuff to make in bulk that is easy enough to heat up and eat for breakfast/lunch. I'm not sure what I want to do yet but I know I've been sick of oatmeal. I'll figure something out! Maybe easy fruit salads for breakfast? Anyone have any little tips or tricks they do while trying to lose weight with a 40hr work week? Just an FYI my blogs will probably be shorter on the weekdays & I will try my best to update every day! :-)

Have you seen those Dole fruit and yogurt shakers? You just add juice and its done! They are amazing, easy And so delicious! Just a thought. :) I've been drinking those for a while now.

You need protein in the morning. Scramble eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit. Yum, and it will carry you thru the morning very well.
