I feel good and I am 100% confident in my ability to succeed throughout the rest of this process! Not only has my first day back on track gone well but I'd also like to announce that I GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!! (I had talked about it in an earlier post) They called me right after my walk today and I start this Thursday! I am so excited! Life is going great for me right now and I could not be happier. This smile on my face is permanent! Today's post is going to be mainly a video that I put together of how my first day back on track went. I hope you enjoy it :-) LOL FYI: There is no sound until 1:07 of the video. It is brief then goes back to no sound.

I enjoyed this! :-) you have quite the walk to your moms! I wish I had that beautiful of scenery to walk in Lol I'll just have to settle for some laps around the baseball field :/ but hey maybe I can increase laps everyday! Do you count that as your 30 minute workout? Or is that extra? Also do the frozen dinners really satisfy you? I feel id still be hungry after. Last night I had a piece of chicken with fresh green beans and a side of ranch beans. I'm using my fitness pal to keep track of my calories and with my snacks of a nutrigrain bar and healthy choice frozen yogurt I went over 1200 by about 190 :(

I force myself to feel satisfied after my frozen meals by setting down the fork after each bite and taking a good gulp of water. If I'm still hungry I'll drink more water and wait 20 minutes and then eat a snack if my hunger is still there. I do count my walks as my 30 minute workouts. My walks usually last about an hour or so depending on what route I take. Going over 190 calories is not bad so don't be sad! You seem to be on the right track! 1,200 is just a number I decided to go with for my situation. Everyone is different :-)
