I made a veggie stir fry for dinner tonight. This whole large frying pan full of veggies is a little less than 450 calories! It will last me a couple days and it's something to not feel guilty over indulging on. I put a little bit of everything in there. Cabbage, pea pods, green pepper, broccoli, green beans, onion and mushrooms!
