I woke up feeling much better! I feel almost back to normal. I had my lemon water first thing and then made myself a breakfast sandwich. I had 3 cups of coffee and did not have any green tea. I need to get back in the habit! I am almost done with my 75oz water jug. I still have yet to work out and I don't think I will anymore today. I also need to get back into the swing of that routine. I missed lunch and had a salad with ranch dressing & a bowl of turkey chili with a few wheat saltine crackers for dinner.
