Sorry I haven't been posting.
As much as I have tried to prevent it I have had a cold these past couple of days and have been feeling down in the dumps. I have gone a little of the beaten path (more so mentally) & have not been having much to say. I haven't been staying consistent with my routine and am hoping to be over this cold soon so I can get back up and brush myself off again. I have been drinking if not 1 but 2 of my 75oz jugs of water these past couple of days and been having 1 (if any) cups of green tea. I haven't been working out and I know I will probably skip today as well. I have plans (still sick or not) to start back up, full throttle, tomorrow morning.
This morning I got up and had my lemon water and made a breakfast sandwich. I had a cup of coffee and am almost done with my water jug. I had a salad for lunch with a pita pizza and am going to be having a bowl of my turkey chili for dinner. I have it cooking on the stove right now and it smells great! There is nothing more satisfying to me when I'm sick than to eat a nice hot spicy bowl of chili. I loaded it with jalapeño so it'll really clear out my sinuses! lol
