I missed posting yesterday and Saturday. This weekend turned into a cheat weekend. I didn’t work out Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I took it easy and it was nice. Took a break from the internet. I’m starting off this week on a good note and had my lemon water first thing this morning with a breakfast sandwich. I am about to make a pita pizza for lunch and am not sure what I will have for dinner. I still have most of my water jug to go and have had 1 cup of green tea. I plan to get at least 4 cups in today. I plan to do a 30 minute workout before bed. Sorry this is so short but I don’t have much to say!
