Entry 264: Going good

I did a 30 minute workout last night before bed and have done a 30 minute workout earlier today! My smile has been permanent and things couldn't be going better for me right now. I had my lemon water first thing and stuffed a half of a whole wheat pita with 3 slices of turkey bacon, 1 scrambled egg and 1/2 of a slice of American cheese. I missed lunch and had a half of a cantaloupe with cottage cheese for dinner. I have been having that lighter than air feeling lately and I love it! I can't wait to weigh in this week. I will be having this weeks cheat day/weigh in on Friday instead of Thursday because I am going to be out of town for the day and will be going out to eat. I have had 4 cups of green tea and am almost done with my water jug.
