I did a dance workout earlier today and last night I spiced it up and ran up and down my stairs for 15 minutes and then did another 15 minutes of crunches and stretches. I woke up and had my lemon water and had a breakfast sandwich. It was my first time heating one up from frozen and I put it in for 1 minute and when I went to take a bite the egg was still a bit frozen. Next time I need to use medium eggs instead of jumbo or get a bigger muffin tin. I am almost done with my water jug and am on my 3rd cup of green tea. I missed lunch (not on purpose) and made sloppy joes with ground turkey for dinner! I stuffed it into a half of a wheat pita and added a slice of provolone cheese. When I cooked it I added some chopped up green pepper, onion and mushroom with a few black olives and 2 handfuls of fresh spinach. IT WAS AMAZING! I wasn't sure how I was going to like the spinach but I loved it. I didn't chop it up either. I also added a can of Manwich. It made enough for 8 sandwiches so I will definitely be freezing most of it tomorrow and re-heat as I have the taste for it :-) I don't have to
