I just got back upstairs from a basement workout. I only did a half hour. I made sure to bring the dogs down there with me this time in case I got spooked again lol. I woke up and had my lemon water first thing and then had a banana for breakfast. I had a pita pizza for lunch and missed dinner but I snacked on some tortilla chips and salsa. Oh and I also had a half of a pita PB&J. I am almost done with my water jug and have had 5 cups of green tea.
I am not going to be doing those calorie charts anymore. They changed something that makes it really hard for me to get it from my phone to computer. I will just tell you guys what I eat.
On a sadder note; today we put down my childhood cat Casper. He was 14 and lived a good life. We will miss him! The picture to the left is my Mom with Casper about 6 years ago <3
