Sorry for being so short lately. I have had a crazy week. For starters I skipped working out the day before yesterday. My dog Nibbler got bit by a spider and had a bad allergic reaction to it Tuesday night. She is 100% better now but I didn't get around to working out that night like I had wanted. Yesterday I was going to skip working out again but my Mom kept me going and pushed me down in the basement even though she was at her house and I was at mine. I am glad she did otherwise I would feel completely off track today. I did almost an hour because I felt the need to make up from missing Tuesday. I have been keeping up with my water and yesterday I only got 3 cups of green tea in me instead of my normal 5. I am on my 6th cup of green tea for today. I woke up and had my lemon water and had oatmeal for breakfast. My Mom and I split a footlong sub on flatbread from Subway for lunch. I made myself some fresh green beans for dinner and had a snack of peanut butter on toast with some yogurt covered raisins. I still have yet to workout for today but I am going to right after I post this. This week has been so up and down for me that it has completely passed me by. So much so that I just realized tomorrow is my weigh in day! I have no idea how much I have lost this week. We will see tomorrow! I hope to have lost at least 2 pounds.
