I just got back upstairs from a basement workout. This morning it took me a little while to get with the program. I didn’t have my lemon water but I made myself a cup of green tea and had 2 eggs and 2 slices of wheat toast for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of Healthy Choice soup with some saltine crackers and for dinner I had a baked pork loin fillet with baked sweet potato fries. I have had 5 cups of green tea and am almost done with my water jug.
