I didn't work out yesterday but I have started out this week on a good foot. I woke up and had green tea with fresh lemon juice. I had oatmeal for breakfast and then afterwards I had a cup of coffee. I walked over to my Moms and I had lunch with her. We split a low fat Subway sub on flat bread. I get a bunch of veggies on mine with black forest ham, pepper jack cheese and mustard. A 6 inch of that is about 250 calories. I have it all figured out; lol. I am still working on my water jug and I am not sure what I will have for dinner. I thought i'd go for a walk today because there is no snow anymore due to the moisture and it probably wont be 50 degrees out again anytime soon. I walked my dog Chewie but my Mom had his harness and leash so I had to carry him the whole way. He thought he was king kahuna!
I have been looking for a part time job. If anyone knows of any openings in my area please let me know!
