I made homemade tortilla chips today. Well they are kind of homemade lol. I took small corn tortillas and sliced them the way I wanted. I then put them in an even layer on a baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray and lightly salted. I baked them at 350 for 15 minutes. They came out really good! I had a lean pocket for breakfast and for lunch I had a Healthy choice soup with some saltine crackers. I have drank my whole jug of water and had a cup of coffee earlier. I have not worked out today. I need to spice it up again. I haven't done Richard Simmons since I started and I think that's just what I need to get back into the swing of things on the exercise front! I went grocery shopping today and got stuff to make egg salad one of these days. I have been craving an egg salad sandwich! I make mine with light miracle whip, salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little bit of mustard, some finely chopped green pepper, onion, celery, a diced dill pickle and I add a lettuce leaf when I make a sandwich. That is my famous egg salad sandwich recipe lol. I don't have too much to say. I have been enjoying my weekend :)
