LOL - I am going on a hot date tonight
with Michael! He called me on his break and asked me (how cute). So today will
be a cheat day for me! I am not sure what I will have but i'm going for whatever I have the taste for. I had 2 eggs and wheat toast for breakfast with a cup of coffee. I am half way through my 75oz water jug. I am skipping lunch.
I have yet to workout today. I am not
sure if I will do a basement work out or get my groove on. I'll probably get my groove on lol. When all else fails; DANCE!
I am starting to get into another awkward stage in my weight loss. 97% of my clothes are dumb. I can't keep up! But I spose that's a good thing ;-)
The picture below is of my dinner I had last night. I made baked sweet potato fries and I sliced up a pre-marinated chicken breast and rolled the strips in egg and then saltine cracker crumbs and baked them. I wasn't sure what I was doing or how they would turn out but I will definitely be making them again! Reminded me of KFC chicken strips but a gazillion times better for you lol. I baked them at 400 for about 20 minutes.
