![]() This is what I cheated with today for my Friday cheat day! Fried potatoes! I haven’t made them for myself like this since I have started my journey. I even buttered my toast lol. I cooked the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil and I used this new butter I got made with olive oil to butter my toast. It is 50 calories a tablespoon. I cooked the eggs in the same pan as my potatoes where in. I don’t plan on cheating anymore with food today. At 1PM I am going for a walk with a friend. I missed working out yesterday but that’s ok; it all evens out if I get my exercise in today. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost another pound. I wish it was more than just a pound but I am still happy! I now weigh 263 pounds and am 76 pounds down. 4 more pounds to go until I will have lost 80 and only 24 more to go until I will have lost 100! I cannot wait to be in the 250’s… I think once I get into the 240’s I will start to feel normal. I know there is no “normal” but for me I will feel normal lol. I am still big but not anywhere near as big as I used to be at 338!
