Entry 172: Blah; it's Thursday.
<-- I had 2 scrambled eggs with wheat toast for dinner. For breakfast I had oatmeal with a cup of green tea and for lunch I had a can of Healthy Choice soup with some saltine crackers.
I had a good workout in the basement last night. I have not worked out today and I don't plan to. Tomorrow is my cheat day but I have plans to go for a walk with a friend so i'm taking today off for exercisng. I just don't feel like it.
I am weighing in tomorrow morning. I am nervous! I have not been on the scale all week! I am hoping for the best. I have been goood girl!
I waited to long to post this. I am tired and ready for bed soon!
