<-- My dinner; it's not the prettiest i've cooked but I had a fried sweet potato cooked with a serving of my light I can’t believe it’s not butter, 2 egg whites and 2 slices of wheat toast. I could not finish it but the whole meal is about 500 calories. For breakfast I had oatmeal and for lunch I had a lean cuisine. I have had about 5 cups of water and 5 cups of green tea. I did not work out. I really need to get back on track with that. I have been feeling so lazy! I have my Halloween party coming up on the 27th and still have yet to get my house decorated. I have so much to do! I have a friend coming over on Wednesday to start to get stuff going. I am having so much fun planning I can’t wait to see what my house will look like once we get it all done. I have been feeling pretty good. I am really happy with my mobility. I never thought I had a problem but now seeing how easy it is to do the simplest tasks like hooking my bra or being able to scratch that itch on my back that I never could have reached before is awesome! I am still getting adjusted to this new body that is forming. I don’t recognize my face. I have never felt this way before and I kind of have an empty nest feeling if that makes any sense. I’m not saying that I miss being 338 pounds but I am still having a bit of trouble dealing with some insecurities. I can’t believe I’m only 27 pounds away from losing 100. Tomorrow I have plans to exercise. I am not sure what I will do yet but I need to get back into my groove!
