I got 14 inches chopped off today and I donated it. It feels so good! I am so happy with it! I finally have bangs again too! It also looks cute up in a little pony tail. :-) I went to lunch with my Mom today and had a burger and fries. We also got some deep fried cauliflower. I split the cauliflower with my Mom and didn't even eat half of the burger because I got so full! I only ate half of my french fries too. I wasn't planning on cheating this weekend but now that I did I won't cheat anymore with food! I missed breakfast because I got up and showered and went straight to my hair appointment but I did have my green tea. I am not sure what I am doing for dinner yet. It will be something light since I cheated with lunch. I walked to my Moms yesterday and still have yet to work out today but I have plans to go for a walk with a friend later today.

Yeah, the cut is really cute on you!!!! The weight loss is fantastic...steady and good, by diet and exercise, the way we're supposed to do it. My suggestion is to continue your blog as long as you have something to write. My feeling is that you will replace weight loss with other topics of interest after you have "sweated off the layers." You always hear that people who experience weight loss become unsure of themselves and they have a hard time wrapping their brain around how they see themselves and how others now see them. Lots of psychological stuff I am not qualified to write about. I love to read that you feel on top of the world. As with any major change in a person's life (whether it be a specific event or the way she looks), it is reasonable to also expect to encounter mixed and even uncomfortable feelings. Apparently your blog has a number of followers. You are a great encourager about real life issues.Continuing your story will help others as well as yourself as you work through different feelings. My vote is that you keep the blog going! (Do I even have a vote?? LOL) You acknowledged that change is a lifelong process. You know, you could go to school and become a nutritionist. Or learn what it takes to become a personal trainer! Or maybe you could mentor young people who are battling weight issues; start a youth fitness program with a church group. You're creative! Make this work for you and help others too. Think. Act. Think some more. Leave your numbers (60, 100, 170) in the background; find and focus on a long term life goal. You'll probably come up with several to choose from...or you can do 'em all !!
