What a busy week it has been for me! I am ready to kick back and enjoy my weekend. I have many plans; I just have to do them! lol - I want to cut the grass, clean the house, go swimming, go grocery shopping, watch movies, pick blackberries, take the dogs for walks, yadda-yadda... We will see! This morning I had my lemon water and had a cup of coffee. I had a banana for breakfast with a nutri-grain bar. It got me through the morning great! I have found that at the time I wake up now, I suck at making myself any kind of breakfast in the morning that involves me having to heat up or prepare food. I found that the banana PLUS the nutri-grain bar really helped keep me alert and in a good mood all morning! So I think I will get nutria-grain bars and bananas for my breakfasts on the days for when I work. On the days that I don't work I will make eggs & toast or have oatmeal. I missed lunch today and had a lean cuisine for dinner. I am also almost done with my water jug. I worked out in the basement last night but I have not worked out today. Tomorrow I plan to be very active and get my exercise on!
